We can arrange your delivery by air or sea freight depending on how quickly you require your goods.
Once we’ve built your tailor made crates and packed them, choose from major leading carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS for air-freight. Sea-freight can be arranged through various partners as full or part container loads.

The Full Package
This premium concierge type service is designed for customers in the United States who want a simple hands-off way to import used or new goods from the UK.
We take care of everything, including: collecting the goods you have located in the UK, bringing them to our Warwickshire packing and crate-building facility in the centre of the United Kingdom. There, we will assess the goods, produce a custom wooden crate or case, pack them securely, and then arrange efficient shipping to all states in the USA.
Not only does the service reduce the problem of dealing with UK suppliers in a different timezone but also gives you access to our discounted shipping rates with leading carriers.
A service for customers wanting to minimise their involvement in the process
You Ship
Our You Ship service offers all the convenience of the Full Package service but leaves you to arrange your own shipping to the USA. Almost any type of goods can be collected from the mainland UK and even many off-shore locations. The goods are returned to our centrally based packing centre and packed into a bespoke crate or case designed specifically for your goods. Once packed we will inform you so you can arrange for your own carrier to collect the goods.
This service is suitable for customers that want stress free organisation of goods they are importing from the United Kingdom but have their own competitive shipping rates.

Remote Ship
Our Remote Ship service is perfect for clients that are buying goods from a UK based organisation that’s competent in sizing the required packing case or crate, and happy to pack goods once we build and supply the timber packing product. This remote shipping service can be very cost-effective, as it reduces costs by removing the need to return goods to our depot prior to packing.
It is vitally important that if you choose this service that you are confident in the supplier of the goods to complete their packing duties competently.

Crate or Case Only
The Crate or Case Only service is for customers simply looking to have a wooden shipping crate or case manufactured to their specifications and delivered efficiently to their preferred UK address. As with each of our cases and crates, every timber shipping box is ISPM 15 certified having been heat treated to comply with IPPC regulations for imports to the United States and other jurisdictions.
